The External Relations Committee is the Judicial Administrative Committee that establishes partnerships with organizations within and outside the university, creates terms and conditions for potential partnerships, works closely with the Operations and Judicial Communications Committees for required documents, and explores other activities to raise the profile of the Judiciary and reach wider audiences (Section 10, Article X, Judiciary Rules of Internal Governance).
