The Fiscal Committee is the Judicial Administrative Committee that acts as the money officer of Judiciary funds. This committee reviews and monitors receipts, disbursements, and reimbursements of Judiciary funds, submits all financial reports of the Judiciary to OTREAS and COA, assists in reviewing budget allocations, and implements issuances, orders, and resolutions of the OTREAS pertaining to the use of the budget (Section 7, Article X, Judiciary Rules of Internal Governance).
