As the sole body vested with Judicial Power, the Judiciary offers the following services to the student body of DLSU pursuant to its mandate in the USG Constitution as guided by the Judiciary’s Rules of Internal Governance through the Judiciary’s Rules of Court. To avail the services of the Judiciary, you must read our services below and then fill up the form with the necessary details.

Act of giving legal service or giving legal aid to qualified persons on issues related to the student government.


Qualified persons may fill out this form if they need assistance on (1) Filing a case towards a USG officer/unit; (2) Handling a case that has been filed towards them/their office; (3) Initiating an investigation towards a USG officer/unit; (4) Challenging a law for unconstitutionality; or (5) Other concerns requiring legal assistance


An initial meeting between a Counsel Officer and a Requesting Party takes place before the latter decides on whether to avail the legal service of that Counsel Officer.


Qualified persons may fill out this form to ask for legal advice or clarify legal questions.



Grievance refers to any controversy between a student as the aggrieved party and a member of the academic community as the respondent that may be the cause of a complaint. A student of De La Salle University can file a grievance. It can be filed against staff, faculty, and other members of the academic community. It can be filed any time during the term but not later than four (4) calendar weeks or twenty-eight (28) working days after the Grade Consultation Day.
